Access Health CT Plus for iPhone app for iPhone and iPad

Access Health CT is Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace. It offers Connecticut residents and small employers a range of qualified health care coverage options from health insurance carriers and public health care programs. You can get the coverage you need online, over the phone or in person.

ahCT Plus is the updated Mobile App for Access Health CT providing the “Mobile Enroll” feature to Connecticut residents. You can now use the mobile app to quickly enroll in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) and depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for an Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC) or Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR) to help with paying for your health coverage.

Designed specifically for ease of data entry, the App provides a streamlined, "slick" experience that allows users to quickly enroll for Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) and apply for benefits such as Advanced Premium Tax Credits (APTC) and Cost Sharing Reductions (CSR), within minutes from the convenience of their mobile devices.

2. Shop for plans and access detailed plan information at their fingertips to evaluate health insurance options

3. Create an account. You can use this account to sign up for a health plan and obtain benefits you are eligible for using the Mobile App. You can also use it to log into www.accesshealthct.com as the App and website are completely interoperable

4. For customers, once your application has been submitted, you can conveniently upload verification documents using the camera on your mobile device, and view your household enrollments, messages, documents and notices

Future releases of the App will extend “Mobile Enroll” further to provide Medicaid and CHIP enrollment from the convenience of a mobile device.
